Skid Fabrication

We build tailor-made skid solutions from scratch, including engineering, work preparation and opportunities for standardisation. We can also work based on designs provided by you as a supplier or food or pharmaceutical producer. Every project is delivered with a clear documentation package and material certificates to ensure full traceability.

We build skids at our modern production facilities in Nieuwkuijk (1,500 m²) and Emmen (1,200 m²). You will have a single point of contact who guides your project from initial request to final delivery and is available for all your questions throughout the process.

Thanks in part to our high-quality welding expertise, you can rely on skid systems of exceptional quality. Under the supervision of our welding coordinator, a team of VTw-2 certified inspectors performs daily inspections of welding activities both in our workshops and on site, making adjustments wherever necessary. We also have in-house specialists in orbital welding.

As specialists in skid construction for the food and pharmaceutical industries, we understand the critical importance of hygiene in production processes. That is why all involved disciplines work according to strict hygiene requirements and procedures aligned with applicable guidelines and regulations. This ensures that design, execution and finishing fully comply with the hygienic standards within your sector.

For new installations, we can test full functionality in advance. This allows us to identify and resolve any deviations before delivery. If required, installations can be connected to our own testing facilities for integrated performance testing under realistic operating conditions, providing clear insight into functionality and performance beforehand.
